Sound familiar?

The problem isn't a lack of jobs. It's a lack of profitable jobs.

Off target
too small, too far, not your specialty

Inquiries that waste your time

Every call that doesn't match what you do is time you don't bill.

quotes that get signed, on average

Quotes that go nowhere

A site that qualifies inquiries upfront — project type, budget, timeline — has you quoting on the right ones.

Unpredictable referrals

It brings good clients, but you don't decide when or how many. Hard to plan a season around.

A site no longer up to standard

It did the job at launch. Since then your competitors modernized theirs — and they're who you're compared to.

Your site didn't get worse. The market got more demanding.

What your next client does before calling you:

01

Search

Google, Maps, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.

Not in the results? Not in the race.

02

Compare

They look at your competitors, one site after another

This is where your site wins or loses you a call.

03

Get reassured

Reviews, job site photos, past work

Nothing reassuring? On to the next one.

04

Contact you

Only those who cleared the first three steps

Only here does your work come into play.

At no point in this journey does the quality of your work come into play. It matters after — once you've won the call.

Why it matters

For your revenue, winning the contract matters as much as doing it well. We help you land more of them, and better-paying ones, so you can focus on what you do best.

See how

A website costs something. A website that makes you miss opportunities costs a lot.

A website is a tool. A tool to capture the interest and contact details of potential clients. A tool that works well brings good results.

Your site’s revenue fits in a single calculation. Change one number, and everything else follows.

The formula

Visitors×conversion rate×signing rate×contract value=site revenue

BeforeAfter
Visitors / month600600
Site conversion rate1%3%
Quote requests received618
Signing rate1 in 31 in 3
Contracts signed26
$$15,000$15,000
Revenue / month$30,000$90,000
+$60,000
per month

Same visitors, same signing rate. Only the site changed — and that's the kind of gap that pays a redesign back in weeks, not years.

$15,000 per contract is a conservative value: a bathroom or a roof often goes beyond that. Adjust it to your projects. For reference, a local business site gets 400 to 500 visitors a month on average, a weak site converts between 1 and 3%, a well-built one between 3 and 6%, and roughly one quote in three gets signed.

We don't just build a website. We build a system that brings you clients.

Better-paying projects

Attract the projects you actually want

We position your company around the kind of job you're after, and your work is presented as a portfolio, not a photo gallery.

Your efforts pay off more

More inquiries from the visitors you already have

You already have traffic, whether from ads, Google or word of mouth. We make sure it turns into quote requests.

Time saved

Qualified inquiries, automatic replies

Inquiries arrive with what you need to assess the project, and the client gets a confirmation while you're still on site.

Get chosen

To be chosen, you have to be found

Local SEO across your service areas, on Google as much as in answers from AI assistants like ChatGPT.

Our game plan

You already manage job sites. You shouldn't have to manage your agency too.

01

A 30-minute call

Your situation, your numbers, what your competitors are doing. You leave with findings, commitment or not.

02

A costed plan

The strategy: what we do, why, how much, how long, and the target based on your numbers.

03

We build

Design and technical alike. You approve at key steps, without managing the project.

04

We optimize

Inquiries received, project quality, Google rankings: we optimize continuously.

Is this for you?

We work well together if…

You're good at what you do, but it doesn't show enough online

You see your site as an investment that has to pay back

You're open to optimization and growth

It's probably not for you if

  • You want a site just to "be online", with no goal behind it
  • You plan to slow down your business in the coming months

We'd rather tell you upfront than waste a call of yours.

How much more could you make?

  • Gross revenue, capped at 5.5% conversion
  • This only accounts for your current visitors. More visitors (SEO, ads, Google profile) would add to this amount.
  • Already at full capacity? More inquiries let you pick the best-paying projects.

And this is only the start. Follow-ups, SEO and advertising add on top of this number.

30-minute call, no commitment

Questions we get asked

Is it free to talk?

Yes. A first call is good for both sides: we see whether there's a fit and how we can help. If there isn't, we stay in touch, and all the better if we brought you some value in a short time.

How much will it bring in?

That's exactly what we look at together on the call. We start from your numbers (inquiries received, contract value, signing rate) and your goals, then tell you where the potential is: your site, your ads, your SEO or your Google profile. No need to prepare anything, a simple conversation is enough.

What does it cost?

It depends entirely on scope. A well-built brochure site and a site with multiple services, content to produce and integrations with your tools are not the same engagement. Above all, we only work with clients we can bring a real return to. So the question isn't just what it costs, but what it brings in, and that's what we figure out together. You then get a firm price, never an open-ended hourly rate.

What exactly do you do?

It depends on what you need. Some clients hand us only their website, for example because they already have an agency running their ads. Others hand us the whole acquisition system: the complete journey, from the moment someone searches for you to the quote request, improving every step. Depending on your situation, that can cover your site, local SEO, Google profile, ads, emails or social media. Either way, the goal stays the same: more inquiries, and better ones.

Do you rebuild my whole site or edit the one I have?

Most often it's a redesign, because that's where conversion gains are biggest. A redesign can cover design, branding, copy, loading speed and the system that manages your content. If your site has good foundations, we can also optimize it without starting over. We recommend what brings in the most, not what costs the most.

Do you handle ads and social media too?

Yes. That said, we rarely start with ads: sending paid traffic to a page that doesn't convert means paying more for the same result. Once the site is solid, every ad dollar works harder.

My site is only 4 or 5 years old. Is this really necessary?

Often yes, but not for the reason people assume. Your site didn't degrade: expectations went up. In five years your competitors rebuilt theirs, Google changed its criteria, and a share of searches now runs through AI assistants that read sites differently. We can tell you honestly in 30 minutes, even if the answer is that yours still holds up.

When do we start?

Whenever you're ready. After the call, we send you the costed plan. Once it's accepted, we give you a clear start date and stick to it.

How long before it's live?

Typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on project size and how fast we get your job site photos and approvals. We work in stages, so you see the site take shape as we go.

Will I be able to edit the site myself?

If it matters to you, yes: we integrate a content management system that lets you add projects, change text or publish photos without touching code. It isn't necessary for everyone though, and it affects the budget. We look at what you actually plan to change before recommending it.

We want to hear from you

Thirty minutes, your numbers, an honest look at what's holding you back. Even if we don't work together, you leave with something useful.
